Do you have an insider tip in your neighbourhood for us?
My insider tip is one particular, inner courtyard at the lower end of the Heuberg (Unterer Heuberg) which is affectionately known as the “Höfli.” It is a hidden treasure. There are cultural events and a flea market that are held there several times a year, but the time you should really pop in there is during the carnival, the Fasnacht.
What is your favourite time of year in the neighbourhood?
In winter, on a Sunday morning; I love that magical peace that reigns right in the heart of the city; and then in summer I love drinking a cold beer to live music at the Andreasplatz.
How do you and your work contribute to the appeal of your neighbourhood?
As an actor at the Fauteuil theatre I experience, again and again, that storytelling and shared laughter bring the widest variety of people together and connect them. That is wonderful and important.
Which three adjectives best describe your neighbourhood?
Vibrant, charming, friendly.
